Fractional CMO
A senior CMO in your seat. Co-owning the growth number with you.
You get the executive marketing leadership you would expect from a 400K hire, on the timeline your business actually has. A CMO in the seat one to two days a week, accountable for pipeline, brand, and the operating cadence from day one.
Starts at 10K per month
What you walk away with
Outcomes, not deliverables.
We measure the engagement by what changed in the business, not by what showed up in a folder.
A growth plan you can defend in a board meeting
One page. Numbered targets. Owners. The same plan an investor would build, written for a CEO who is responsible for the result.
A demand engine that compounds
Channels picked for fit. Content built for the way B2B buyers and search engines actually work now. Attribution a CFO can read.
A funnel that respects buyer intent
Conversion built for the right buyers, not for total captures. Higher close rates downstream. Less waste in the top of the funnel.
A marketing team that runs without you
Operating rhythm, scorecards, clear ownership. The team ships every week. You stop being the bottleneck.
How it works
A simple operating cadence.
Step 01
Diagnose
First 30 days. Audit strategy, leadership, and execution. Surface what is broken and write a one page plan for the next 60.
Step 02
Rebuild
Days 30 to 90. Fix what is broken. Stand up the operating cadence. Get the first measurable lift on the board by week six.
Step 03
Operate
Month four onward. Run the system. Compound the wins. Coach the marketing leader or recruit the right one when it is time for us to step out.
Who this fits
A clean yes if any of these are true.
- You are a B2B company between 10M and 50M in revenue.
- You are the CEO, founder, or president, and the growth number sits with you.
- You need a CMO now and cannot wait six months to recruit one.
- You have an in house marketing team that is not yet operating as a system.
- You want a CMO who has been a CEO and can hold the whole P&L in their head.
Who it does not fit
Honest no. We will point you to a better fit.
- You are pre revenue or pre product market fit. You need a founder marketer, not a CMO.
- You want an agency to take the work and report on it.
- You want a coach who critiques the work without doing any of it.
- You are not ready to make hard calls on positioning or org design. The work depends on those calls.
Common questions
Asked and answered.
- How many hours per week is this?
- One to two days per week of focused executive time. Ninety day minimum, monthly after that with 30 days notice. The hours are flexible. The accountability is not.
- Do you replace the marketing team or work with it?
- We lead it. When the operating cadence requires a different team shape, we redesign the org with you and either coach or recruit the right people. We will not run heroics you cannot sustain.
- What does the first 30 days look like?
- A working session with you, interviews with sales, customer success, product, and a sample of customers. A read of the data. A written diagnosis that names what to fix first. We talk through it together before any work starts.
- How do you handle confidentiality and conflict of interest?
- Standard NDAs. We take a small number of clients at a time and never two in the same niche. If a fit question comes up, we raise it before we sign.
- What is the price range above the 10K starting point?
- The full range is 10K to 25K per month depending on scope. The right number for your business gets shared on the discovery call once we understand the scope. No surprises.
