How is this different from the Fractional CMO?
The Fractional CMO is a senior leader in your seat for the long term, co-owning the growth number with you. The Sprint is a focused 90 day reset that hands the plan and the operating system back to your team. Some companies start with the Sprint and roll into a Fractional CMO engagement. Others run the Sprint, hire a full time CMO, and use the plan as the operating brief.
What does pricing look like?
Sprint pricing is set based on company size, complexity, and what is broken. Tell us what is going on and we will give you a number on the discovery call.
How many hours from my team?
About two hours per week from the CEO, three hours per week from the marketing lead, and one hour per week from the sales leader. The rest is on us.
Will you build the new website or run the ads?
Not directly. The Sprint builds the plan and the cadence. Execution lives with your team or with vendors we recommend. We have done the work before, so we can spec what good execution looks like.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the diagnosis, the plan, and the handoff. We do not guarantee results because results depend on execution after the sprint ends. Companies that run the plan honestly compound. Companies that do not, do not.
